| INTRODUCTION ============= Scheveningen is a sea side resort and fishing village on the Dutch North Sea coast near The Hague (Den Haag). In this film we see lots of beach fun, the Boulevard, Scheveningen's old Pier, the Kuhrhaus and pretty girls doing a great choreographed dance on the beach. The old Pier burned down during WWII in 1943 and was replaced by a new, modern Pier in the mid 1960s. It was located a couple hundred meters more North. Source:
